All policies established by the company aim to enhance customer service:

The Tour Operator seeks to fully meet the needs arising from the provision of any of our services, providing the best possible advice on each trip or tour to be taken. To achieve this, we have highly trained personnel with extensive experience in the tourism and transportation field.

POLICIES AND SERVICE PROVISION CONDITIONS

Tourism:

The organizer of the tour reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary, travel dates, hotels, or transportation to others of equal or superior category when such changes result in enhancing the trip's quality and are necessary to ensure the tour's success.

All entries to museums, transportation (by land or air), shows, national parks, zoos, specific tourist spots, and meals are included only when detailed in the program through which the decision to travel is made.

Our company is responsible to its clients solely for the content of the packages and tourist services offered by the organizers and tour operator.

All prices and rates presented to the customer/buyer are subject to change, availability, and validity without prior notice. Restrictions and conditions apply to each published rate according to its validity. Hotel rates depend on the selected accommodation and travel date.

The luggage and any item the customer brings with them are and will remain their responsibility. Therefore, the company will not be liable for losses, theft, damage, or any illegal activity related to them.

The company is not responsible for any legal issues or other inconveniences that the user may encounter at their travel or tour destination.

Transport:

The transportation service will be provided as follows, according to the client's arrangements:

Point of Departure – Destination – Return, or if not, the return must be the same as the Point of Departure.

Any additional deviation from the aforementioned points, if not negotiated between the company and the contracting party, will incur an additional cost. This cost will depend on the study or evaluation carried out by the company regarding the additional place to be visited.

The luggage and any item the end-user or customer of the Transport Service carries are and will remain their responsibility. Therefore, the company will not be liable for losses, theft, damage, or any illegal activity related to them.

The train transportation service is provided by a different company working under its considerations. The company is not responsible for the measures or actions of the train transportation service.

The company is not responsible for any legal issues or other inconveniences that the user may encounter at their travel or tour destination.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Payment methods include cash in local currency, "soles" (S/.) or US dollars ($), credit/debit card in person, or bank transfer.

Reservations can be made at our location at Calle Ayacucho N°215, Cercado del Cusco, or by depositing into our bank accounts provided by one of our advisors.

Reservations must be made a minimum of 30 business days before the provision of our services for international services, and at least five days before for national services (some services require much more time, specified in the program).

To make reservations, 50% of the total cost of the Tour or Tourist Trip must be paid, with the remaining 50% at least 7 days before our service provision.

All changes in the provision of our services are subject to penalties and availability verification.

In the event of a reservation cancellation, this must be done at least 20 business days before the reserved service date. A discount will be applied for operating expenses depending on the services already canceled (entry tickets, train services, etc.).

If the reservation is canceled a day before or on the same day, the company does not provide refunds.

Any voluntarily unused service does not entitle any claim or refund.

Reservations for the provision of any of our services will be valid only when confirmed firmly by our company and the total amount (full payment) for the provision of our services has been settled.
